Happy Birthday to Me!!

"If one does not persist, one does not achieve lasting success in any field. If one does dare to persist toward success, regardless of lack of education, background, talent, influence money or reputation, one can and will succeed. Dogged determination outlasts and out-games talent. Persistence is a characteristic to which success invariably surrenders.
Be prepared if success comes suddenly. Success has a way of coming in a hurry after a "long haul" of plodding along quietly. Have your plans in mind for what you will do when success arrives, because just when it seems least possible, the tide will turn for you. Then it will be necessary that you take a deep breath and proceed to accept your flood tide of good, step by step, as already planned."-Catherine Ponder from The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity
Birthdays for me always seem to be a time of introspection, marking the onset of a host of self improvement projects... which is what led me to browsing through a number of inspirational, and holistic health books that have made their way into my life over the past 25 or so years. Little by little over time I am sure this has led to a better life for me... However, change is slow and hard to maintain, so as I enter into my latest phase of what is sure to make me a high achieving creative spirit, esoteric, enlightened and in perfect command of my health... as I Persist with my far vision ahead of me, and each step I take in that direction... I will be fully prepared for the finalist phase of the Bush Artist Fellowship.... Just 3 months away... I am currently focusing my thoughts and actions in this direction.
And what does the Electric Water Woman want most for her birthday??? A New Journal.... a blank piece of paper and a pen in my hand really brings a sense of calm to my life... It is where I find the secrets of who I am and what I have to share with you.

Happy Birthday!! I'd send you a pony if I had one, but mine are all pretend. :)

I hope you have a great year ahead of you... one that works for you and not you working for it.
